At FlipRings, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the jewelry in its original FlipRings packaging and ensure it is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
